Meet Torrey

Welcome!

My name is Torrey, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s degree in Social Work, and over 12 years of experience in the mental health field. I attended Portland State University where I received a Bachelors in Social work (BSW) and then went on to complete a Masters degree in Social Work (MSW) at Walden University. I currently offer telehealth/virtual therapy. I am passionate about providing a safe space without judgment where you feel comfortable to explore and process your journey. We’ll do this through conversation that unpacks your journey, helping you with whole body healing, mind, body, soul and tend to the roots of your life. My therapeutic style aims to foster a supportive and empowering environment for self-discovery, healing, and growth so that you can thrive.

I work with individuals with a range of concerns including depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, life transitions, and family conflict. I offer culturally specific counseling services to youth (ages 13+) and adults.
